A service provider is a company that provides services for the beneficiary to improve "green" innovations and enter new markets.

Requirements
to service providers

official registration

A registered private or public company or FOP (private entrepreneur)

PROVEN EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years of experience in providing services in the relevant field

All permits are available (licenses, certificates, etc.)

RECOMMENDATIONS

Has recommendations from at least 2 companies that have provided services similar to the required services over the past 2 years

procedure

How does it work?

1. The service provider registers on the website climate.biz and describes his expertise.

2. The potential beneficiary chooses a service provider and contacts for further arrangements.

3. The service provider provides the potential beneficiary with a commercial proposal and project budget.

4. The potential beneficiary submits a grant application together with the service provider's proposal.

5. In the case of winning, the beneficiary and the service provider conclude a contract for the provision of services and execute the project.

6. After completion of the works, the EBRD pays the grant funds.

Examples of work,
that can be financed

The given list of services is not exhaustive. If the Applicant can demonstrate that a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions can be achieved using other services, the Project Manager may approve such service with the consent of the EBRD.

Research and Development

Scientific and research services and the development of innovative solutions, design, design and IT services that contribute to the implementation of climate technologies

TESTING

Any testing of specific hardware or software that directly contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions or the implementation of climate technologies

CERTIFICATION

Obtaining any certification documents that allow the Applicant to implement climate technologies, reduce CO2 emissions or improve market position

Intellectual Property (IP)

Obtaining expert advice and registration of patents for inventions, utility models, trademarks, signs for goods and services, as well as protection of intellectual property rights.

IT development

Development of software components for products or projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions or contribute to the implementation of other climate technologies

Technological consulting

Obtaining expert recommendations on innovations for business, assessment of shortcomings and optimization of technological processes, introduction of ecological and energy-efficient technologies

Engineering

Nproviding engineering and consulting services of a production, commercial and scientific and technical nature, which contribute to the growth of the Applicant's market capabilities or the direct implementation of climate innovations

Marketing

Development of strategic and tactical plans, marketing mix, improvement of product ergonomics, as well as consulting services for planning and marketing communications
