Metallurgical company "Symvol" casts parts from alloys of various metals and manufactures sliding bearings used in the mining industry, metallurgy, machine building, energy, etc.

The company replaces bronze in the production of sliding bearings with black scrap metal. The anti-friction alloy developed by the company makes it possible to manufacture a sliding bearing from scrap ferrous metals, which significantly reduces CO emissions2 into the atmosphere compared to production from other alloys.

Black scrap plain bearings have four times the service life of bronze equivalents. And they cost 70-80% cheaper, because they save raw materials and electricity.

The Climate Voucher allowed the company to certify production and obtain a European patent. The company also signed contracts with production partners in the EU and plans to attract investments for the purchase of equipment for mass production.
