The winner of the Climate Innovation Vouchers program is a research and production company "Prodecology" - has successfully completed the implementation of its innovative project and received a grant of 50,000 euros!
With the support of Climate Innovation Vouchers, the company has developed the latest software to optimize sorting processes.
The company specializes in the development and production of equipment for waste sorting and recycling, exports its products to more than 51 countries and holds 112 patents in Ukraine and Europe.
The company's new focus is on creating lines for sorting and recycling plastic, cables, printed circuit boards, and electronics.
Their Plastic Sorting System project aims to increase the recycling rate of polymers to 90% by fine separation of different types of plastic (PP/PE and ABS/PC) using half the energy compared to traditional primary recycling methods.
In 2024, the company expanded its supply geography to 51 countries. In particular, an EBS electrostatic separator for separating shredded electrical cables was manufactured and delivered to a recycling company in Norway. A recycling line for electrical cable waste was shipped to a company in Palestine, which includes a light fraction separator SLF and an electrostatic separator EBS.
Prodekologiya demonstrates sustainable development in the field of environmental technologies, making a significant contribution to reducing environmental impact and improving energy efficiency.
Their success with the Climate Innovation Vouchers is a shining example of how innovation can contribute to sustainable development and environmental security on a global scale.
