Metallurgical company "Symvol" casts parts from alloys of various metals and manufactures sliding bearings used in the mining industry, metallurgy, machine building, energy, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company replaces bronze in the production of sliding bearings with black scrap metal. The anti-friction alloy developed by the company makes it possible to manufacture a sliding bearing from scrap ferrous metals, which significantly reduces CO emissions2<\/sub> into the atmosphere compared to production from other alloys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Black scrap plain bearings have four times the service life of bronze equivalents. And they cost 70-80% cheaper, because they save raw materials and electricity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Climate Voucher allowed the company to certify production and obtain a European patent. The company also signed contracts with production partners in the EU and plans to attract investments for the purchase of equipment for serial production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
